The Board of Trustees of Miami Township, Clermont County, Ohio met in special session at the Miami Township Civic Building on March 1, 2005 with the following members present: Mary Makley Wolff, Edwin H. Humphrey and Ken Tracy.
MR. HUMPHREY made a motion to adopt the following Resolution:
RESOLUTION DECLARING BOARD OF TRUSTEES SUPPORT FOR THE PROPOSED GRAILVILLE LOW-INCOME TAX CREDIT DEVELOPMENT, DISPENSING WITH THE SECOND READING
WHEREAS, the Project will be comprised of up to fifty (50) new construction units of single-family housing (13 three-bedroom units with two baths and 37-four bedroom units with two baths) ("Project"); and
WHEREAS, 100% of the low income units will be set aside for households earning 60% or less of Clermont County's Median Gross Income; and
WHEREAS, supportive services will be provided for families which include referrals to local job programs, educational, credit, and workforce counseling and various other programs; and
WHERESAS, the Project could utilize any or all of the following Ohio Department of Development's Housing Programs: the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program, Housing Development Assistance Program, the Affordable Housing Loan Program and the Energy Loan Fund Program
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of Miami Township, Clermont County, Ohio by authority of Chapter 504 and Section 309.09(B) of the Ohio Revised Code, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Board extends its full support to Grailville to develop and construct this Project.
SECTION 2: The Board does hereby dispense with the requirement that this Resolution be read on two separate days, pursuant to Section 504.10 of the Ohio Revised Code, and authorizes the adoption of this Resolution upon its first reading.
SECTION 3: That this Board hereby finds and determines that all formal actions relative to the passage of this Resolution were taken in an open meeting of this Board, and that all deliberations of this Board and of its Committees, if any, which resulted in formal action, were taken in meetings open to the public, in full compliance with applicable legal requirements, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall take effect at the earliest period allowed by law.

Effective: March 31, 2005
MR.TRACY seconded the motion to adopt the Resolution. On the roll call being called the vote resulted as follows:
