On Tuesday, March 19,1996, the Miami Township Board of Trustees met in special session at 8:40 PM at the Miami Township Civic Center. Chairperson Joseph Uecker opened the meeting by having Miami Township Clerk, Eric C. Ferry call roll. Those in attendance were; Joseph Uecker, Jean Schmidt and Edwin Humphrey.
The purpose of this meeting was to open bids for Lawn Care of Township properties in 1996.
Clerk, Eric Ferry reported there were three (3) bids received.
1st Bid Esdy Enterprises $43,990.00
2nd Bid Lawn Systems $36,500.00
3rd Bid JMB Lawn Service $32,450.00
Jean Schmidt made a motion to accept the bids and review. Ed Humphrey seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".
OTHER BUSINESS
Ed Humphrey made a motion to accept the FOP Contract for the period January 01,1996 to December 31,1998 as presented. Jean Schmidt seconded the motion. Upon roll call, all voted "AYE".
With no further business to come before the Board, Chairperson Uecker adjourned the meeting at 8:45 PM.
