Cliff Rowland, Steve Rogers promoted to Police Captains

The Miami Township Police Department has promoted veteran officers Lt. Cliff Rowland and Lt. Steve Rogers to the position of Captain in the department. Both men were sworn into their new positions at the Miami Township Board of Trustees meeting on January 16.

"Both of these men are fine examples of leadership within the Miami Township Police Department," said Police Chief Steve Bailey. "They are two of the finest law enforcement officers I have ever known, and their new positions certainly is an indication of the confidence we have in them."
