     The new Miami Township Town Center will serve 
     as a focal point and establish a community identity 
     for Miami Township through the development of a 
     mixed-use, pedestrian friendly, well-designed center 
     of public, commercial and residential activity. The 
     new town center will reflect the values of the community 
     through architectural design, tenant mix, and focus 
     on walkability, green space, and public spaces.
